Rod founded Slab to Shingle Inspections full time in 2019 after completing professional inspection training and earning his Professional Inspector license. Since then, he has performed thousands of inspections and built a reputation for thoroughness, reliability, and trusted service among homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

In addition to his inspection experience, Rod brings years of hands-on knowledge from personally remodeling multiple homes, managing construction projects, and owning rental properties. That real-world experience provides a practical understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and repaired allowing him to identify issues from both an inspector’s perspective and that of a homeowner and investor.
